This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations, returns, and refunds for products purchased through the Exo Bazar Platform. By placing an order with Exo Bazar, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery, without any cancellation charges.

1.2. To cancel an order, you can use the "Cancel Order" option in the "My Orders" section of your account or contact our customer support team.

1.3. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse to accept the delivery or return the items as per our Return Policy.

1.4. For orders paid online, the refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

2. Return Policy

2.1. Exo Bazar is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with all products purchased from our Platform. If you're not satisfied with a product, you may return it subject to the conditions mentioned below.

2.2. Return Eligibility: You may return products under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired
  • The product delivered is incorrect or different from what you ordered
  • The product delivered is missing parts or accessories
  • The product quality does not meet reasonable standards

2.3. Return Process: To return a product, you must:

  • Initiate a return request within 24 hours of delivery
  • Keep the product in its original packaging and condition, along with any tags, labels, and accessories
  • Provide clear images of the issue, if applicable (for damaged or defective products)
  • Provide your order number and reason for return

2.4. Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable items (after 24 hours of delivery)
  • Personal care and hygiene products (if opened)
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Products that have been used, consumed, or installed

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

3.3. Refund Processing Time:

  • For online payments: 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: 7-10 business days via bank transfer

3.4. Refund Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments: Refund to the same card used for payment
  • UPI/Net Banking: Refund to the same account used for payment
  • Wallet payments: Refund to the same wallet used for payment
  • COD payments: Refund via bank transfer (bank details to be provided by you)

3.5. You may also choose to receive store credits instead of a refund, which can be used for future purchases on our Platform.

4. Exchange Policy

4.1. If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant (e.g., different size, color, or flavor), you can request an exchange instead of a return.

4.2. The exchange process follows the same eligibility criteria and timeframe as our Return Policy.

4.3. If the exchanged product has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

5. Cancellation by Exo Bazar

5.1. Exo Bazar reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Products ordered are out of stock or unavailable
  • We are unable to deliver to your location
  • We identify a pricing or description error
  • We suspect fraudulent activity or violation of our terms of service
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

5.2. In case of cancellation by Exo Bazar, you will receive a full refund for any payment made.

6. Changes to Refund & Cancellation Policy

Exo Bazar reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting a notice on our Platform or sending an email. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Policy.
